Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, and performance evaluation. This is a hybrid role (Remote + Onsite) that requires flexibility to work both virtually and in person when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace culture initiatives.
• Manage payroll processing, attendance tracking, and benefits administration.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in training and development programs for employees.
• Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support leadership with workforce planning and organizational development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a digital or tech-driven company.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
